So, how long does it require to get to know
somebody? Again there is no fast rule or
guidelines on this, but I would say you need
to set certain time frame. You cannot wait
too long to make a decision.
Normally, from the profile in websites and
from your first contact through email or
phone, you might get to know roughly ten
percent
about the person. Spend a maximum of one month
to decide on whether to proceed to the next
level, which is meeting the person.
When you date someone, you might get to know
another twenty percent. Two months of dating is suffice
to get to that stage. The rest, you need to
marry the person to get to know everything.
Why I say this?
When people chat in the net or sms or call,
we cannot see the true reaction of the
person. He/she might say something but
actually react in the opposite manner.
During a date, we can see the person's
action and body language. However, we only
see the action and reaction on a certain
condition which is dating time. There are
many other situations which we have not yet
seen about the person.
What I mention above is my rule of thumb.
However, different people will have
different situation and restrictions.
So, if your potential life partner needs some time before
getting married, then it's up for you to
judge and decide. I'm only giving some practical time
frame which you may follow.
Now, you are at the final stage before
getting married....
